Annual Meeting of The Mother Church to be broadcast live at local branch churches

This year’s Annual Meeting of The Mother Church and the weekend activities leading up to it (June 1 through June 3) will be streamed live over the Internet at the following branch churches:

(1) In the church auditorium at First Church of Christ, Scientist, Oklahoma City;

(2) At the Christian Science Reading Room of Sixth Church of Christ, Scientist, Tulsa; and

(3) Annual Meeting on June 3 will be broadcast in the East Wing of First Church of Christ, Scientist, Norman.

The theme of this year’s Annual Meeting is “. . . that we may be able . . .” from II Corinthians 1:3, 4.

“Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.” — II Cor. 1:3, 4
